I am a Ph.D. candidate in Economics and member of the research laboratory BETA at the University of Strasbourg since 2009. To learn more About me.
My primary research is the development of new empirical strategies for applied production analysis with a special focus on Technology, Productivity and Fixed costs. It has addressed an array of economic and statistical areas, including production theory, industrial organization, international trade, panel data, non-parametric regression and treatment evaluation. In recent years, the increasing availability of disaggregated (and BIG) data motivates the use of new estimation techniques for empirical production studies. My works contribute to the literature by analyzing these methods and by proposing new empirical strategies. Besides the applied production analysis, my research interest also includes experimental economics, health, energy issues and basic statistics.
